01. What's your turnaround time?
Generally, my turnaround time is within 3-7 days, but it may vary based on the length of my current queue and the time needed to complete your art. Once you make the payment and confirm the order, I can provide you with an exact time frame. If you inquire today but make the payment tomorrow, please be aware that if I receive a few orders before your payment, the initial turnaround time I mentioned could change completely.
02. Which payment methods do you accept?
I only accept PayPal and do not accept CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, or any other payment methods. If you do not have a PayPal account or are unfamiliar with how to use it, I can guide you through the process.
03. Which tools do you use for your illustrations?
I use 3 software programs for drawing cartoon portraits: Adobe Illustrator, Clip Studio Paint Pro, and Procreate. When I am in my home studio, I draw using Illustrator or CSP on my PC, and for that, I use the Wacom Cintiq Pro 24-inch Graphics Tablet, which is considered the best in the business right now. When I'm traveling or away from home, I use Procreate on an iPad Pro 12.9. Both options provide excellent quality, and I enjoy drawing on both the iPad and PC.
04. Do you create logos?
I specialize in drawing cartoon portraits of humans based on provided reference pictures. Creating logos is not my primary focus. However, in special situations, I have drawn logos when the exact sketch is provided, and I can recreate it digitally. Additionally, if you have a low-resolution copy of your logo that needs redrawing, I can assist with that as well. Nevertheless, my main priority always lies in creating cartoon portraits.

06. Do you need a reference picture?
Yes, a reference picture is essential for my work. I always draw while referring to the image you provide to me.
07. Are you able to customize and draw something beyond the reference picture?
No, I don't change things like facial expressions or poses. For instance, if you are a hair cutter and want a digital drawing of yourself holding your tools, you'll need to send me a reference picture with that specific pose. I will draw exactly like your reference picture.
08. What type of photo do I need to send you?
Please send me the best quality photo possible. It's always better if the picture is clear, with no excessive darkness or heavy shadows on your face. If you're unsure about choosing the best photo, just let me help you select the most suitable one.
09. Could you teach me how to draw like you?
I wish I could, but unfortunately, my tight schedule doesn't allow me to allocate time for teaching. However, there are numerous opportunities on YouTube for learning digital arts. You can choose your favorite art style and practice it daily. With dedication and practice, you will undoubtedly become proficient in it over time.
